CANCELLATION AND RETURNS POLICY

We hope you will be happy with your purchase as we are committed to providing you with the best quality vitamins at reasonable prices.

If you have not received your order within 60 business days after the order is placed (unless a longer delivery time is listed on the shipping page at https://drberg.eu/en/content/1-delivery), we will consider it as lost and we resend you a new order or provide full refund.

Food supplements that are opened or used are not eligible for return.

1.1 If you wish to cancel your order:

(a) You can notify us by email us at support@drberg.eu or WhatsApp / Telegram (text only) before we have dispatched the goods to you; or

(b) Where goods have already been dispatched to you by returning goods to us in accordance with clause 1.2 below.

1.2 We offer a full 14-day money-back guarantee from the date you received your order if you change your mind about using the ordered items. We only accept returns with undamaged packaging if plastic wrap is intact.

Before you receive the refund we ask that you return the goods you have ordered from us at any time within 30 calendar days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The cost of returning goods to us shall be borne by you.

1.3 A full refund will be given when the goods have been received. The provisions above do not affect your statutory rights.

1.4 Customs fees.

When a package is dispatched outside of the EU, please carefully read the laws and regulations of your country. The orders sent outside of EU may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These fees are paid by the buyer.

1.5 Order cancelation

If you cancel your purchase, we will issue you a full refund of the purchase price (minus shipping) upon receipt of the parcel back.
