Shake well before use. If you want to take 2,500 IU, as a dietary supplement, take 8 drops once daily.
If you want to take more than 2,500 IU, such as a double dosage, as a dietary supplement, take 1 full dropper (dropperful) once daily.
The recommended daily amount for adults as a dietary supplement is 1 full dropper (dropperful) once daily.
