How much MCT oil should I take?
Take one teaspoon (7.5 mL) per serving to start. If you have digestive issues take a lower amount such as one-half teaspoon and work your way up to one teaspoon (7.5 mL) and eventually one tablespoon (15 mL) per day. There are 32-servings per container, or approximately a one-month supply.
